You delude yourself about Obi wining .

How do you expect this vulture to remain absent from his duties until elections are decided and a substantive president sworn in?

His continued absence will lead to his suspension and an impeachment hearing which he fails to attend (as he has being doing so far), will lead to a trial-in-absentia from where he will be declared fully impeached.

And don't think a faxed or emailed or even a DHL correspondence of his resignation will suffice.as there are well stated means of corresponding with the President.

How long did ur darling bubu stayed for medical trip abroad nd vacation?

Yeah, DSS is just looking for him for nothing and Emefiele is running away for no reason. You’re very smart.

If his hands are clean, he should come back home and defend himself. No point running away when he has nothing to hide.

Financing terrorism and the DSS cudnt get a court warrant to arrest him for lack of evidence.

The truth is Emefiele has offended alot of corrupt people close to power and even Buhari who are on a selfish and corrupt agenda and Emefiele saw the heat was coming from the corrupt senators and politicians seeking reelection and elective offices.

Buhari in his usual manner has left him on his own to face the music.

Some of you are funny honestly. Some few months ago, you all were abusing Emefiele and calling him names. A lot of you even demanded for his resignation or sack over the APC primary debacle. You insulted him so much when CBN came up with the Naira redesigning policy. Today, he’s your hero who must be protected against the enemies of Nigeria. So, a president Peter Obi will protect Emefiele irrespective of the crime he has committed? Like seriously?

You have absolutely no idea why DSS is looking for him. You have absolutely no idea about the amount of intelligence available to DSS against him. You have absolutely no idea of why Emefiele himself is running away and even seeking asylum even when we all know that a clear conscience fear no accusation. You just have to defend him out of ignorance because he’s Igbo and it appears his recent policies are targeting some people you don’t like.
What is this one saying? If someone can be whisked away by instrument of State for calling out the wife of the president, can we still have any trust for such instrument?

I know everything and institution about governance under the Buhari led APC govt has gone to dog shit but seriously, terrorism financing ! And to even be levelled at such a highly placed figure like the CBN governor are not trivial or flimsy allegations but very serious offences that have greater repercussions on the Nation's international standing if a Central Bank Governor can be falsely accused of such for political reasons just to get him out of office.

Its for this I sincerely feel that there may be some real hard evidence against Emefile . And when you consider how politicized Emefile had become and how he has been funding media and some phantom groups to push his cashless policies and how did same when he foolishly went to court to seek a ruling to allow him to contest the presidential primaries under the APC while still being the CBN governor, you just have to say, maybe the DSS truly have some real dirt on him.

Let's see if he will still claim asylum in the UK or take up citizenship in one of the Caribbean island nations that don't have extradition treaties/laws.

Terrorism is not just all these bloodletting assholes like UGM and Boko . It has to be economic terrorism . That man singlehandedly destroyed Nigerian economy and I pray he gets what he deserves . I remember saying it would be stupid of him if he doesn’t run for office in a bid to get immunity . Once he is exposed and his protectors are gone , nothing will save him . That man is a terrorist extraordinaire.

If the CBN governor is on "a self-induced leave" from work, and the DSS is hot on his heels; and, nobody knows when he would resume. Then something is amiss.

Because, it is said that; he who runs when no one is pursuing, surely has something to hide.

I am not in any way holding brief for this disastrous adminstration.

I am not privy to the internal workings of the security outfits neither do I know if they have picked any of those who made the terrorist sponsoring list.

I am just stating the obvious about Emefile who happens to be the worst CBN governor ever.

I also don't buy the lie that he is being hounded by politicians over his misplaced cashless policy and useless currency redesign over what his supporters claim Emefile's policy was to avert voter inducement by politicians using cash.

The CBN isn't in the business to ensure free and credible elections so his currency swap and cashless policy are not meant for preventing vote buying by politicians but rather hold a more sinister agenda linked to his WEF approved eNaira.

As I said in my earlier post, Emefile has been dodging the NASS summons.

He has been acting as if the same NASS that has the sole powers to appoint and sack him as well as having full oversight functions of his office are beneath him.

Here is a character who did not bother to brief either the FEC or the Economic Team on his currency swap. It got so embarrassing when even the minister of finance was only made aware of the cashless and currency swap by a Senate committee .

I also wonder why you Obidients are now suddenly backing Emefile despite his series of incompetence and abuse of power as CBN boss.

Emefile should stop running if he has nothing to hide.

If its all political and they want him removed for such, he should simply return to the country and face his accusers and from there resign his position instead of searching for asylum.

Also, note that if he does not get UK govt to grant him asylum or any other western govt , then know that he truly has some dark secrets as those countries will not allow their asylum process to be abused by wanted criminals.

u were making sense until you mentioned 'Obidients'. You are obviously an urchin.

Intact I can tell you Emefiele right now will be doing everything in his power to prevent Obi from winning. Most of the people sponsoring Obi are people Emefiele had seized their money and falsely accused them of sponsoring terrorism during the endsars saga. His undoing was when he declared for president while still in office. The man is a fool if you ask me. I saw something like this happening to him. Ohh Emefiele is also now classified as an Igbo now. Despite all the cries that anyone not from the 5 South East states is not an Igbo. Shaking my head for all these Afonja that are tribal bigots. By the way let me serve you a post to read since you failed to tell us the quantity of intelligence possessed by the DSS to be looking for him. At the same time let the cabal pay him back for being used to destabilize the Country. Have a read below:
BOMBSHELL: NUHU RIBADU, FORMER EFCC BOSS,

WROTE-;

Bandits”” were created by Gen Mohammadu Buhari Rtd to oust Jonathan
Bandits are not Boko Haram nor Herdsmen

It all started in April 2014 when Mohammadu Buhari assembled his ardent supporters, promoters and strategists to determine how to remove President Jonathan Goodluck. Prominent amongst them were El-Rufai, Gen Danbazo (Rtd)……..

A decision was reached to consult Miyatti Allah cattle breeders association for assistance to boot Jonathan Goodluck out of office. Consequently, the National Chairman of Miyatti Allah was engaged to bring in foreign mercenaries. Within a month, 2,000 Fulani fighters were brought in from Mali, Senegal, Niger Republic, Chad, Libya to name but a few. Further 4,000 fighters were stationed in Niger and Chad on standby.

On arrival, they were assembled in Kaduna under the sponsorship of El Rufai and were addressed by various Northern Leaders including the Sultan of Sokoto, Gen. Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar (Rtd) etc.

Specifically, Gen Buhari in his address told the fighters that “the British handed Nigeria over to us the Fulanis at independence. The land (Nigeria) belongs to us. We must reclaim what belongs to us.”He added that at the event that Jonathan Goodluck worn the election, the Fulani machinery must fight until they regain control of the country. He assured them that the Nigerian Army was behind them.

The mercenaries received initial training from the Commandant of the Nigerian Defence Academy and were sent to 6 camps in Ekiti State, Benue State, Katsina State, Kaduna State, Zamfara State and Borno State.

In the camps, brand new pick-up trucks, generators etc were provided them. Nigerian Airforce helicopters were used to provide them essential supplies like food, water, drinks and even arms and ammunitions.

Evidently, Jonathan Goodluck lost the election in 2015 through a well orchestrated election organised by INEC under a Fulani Chairman, Professor Jega. Gen Buhari (Rtd) was sworn in as the president. This saw the emergence of a Fulani president through a dodgy election hence the planned violent war was averted.

Contrary to expectation, the mercenaries in the various camps were abandoned, no more food and essential supplies. The relationship between Miyatti Allah, El Rufai (now a State Governor) and Dambazo broke down. El Rufai arrogantly declared that they were not needed anymore and they should go back. Consequently, the killings in Kaduna commenced as a warning to El Rufai but it did not bother him. He declared that he had paid the people carrying out the killings and they did not want to stop. The Nigerian police did not bother to call Gov El Rufai to give further clarification on this.

The Mercenary at the various camps decided to go about to find food for themselves by robbing people, going into farm lands and kidnapping. Miyatti Allah made several efforts to contact El Rufai and Dambazzo to appeal to them to provide money to return these fighters to where they came from. All efforts proved abortive. The mercenaries at this point vacated their organised camps and took to crime.

The criminal gangs which emanated from these mercenaries were at this point described as “Bandits” in order to differentiate them from other notorious terrorist groups like Fulani Herdsmen, Boko Haram etc.

Following the untold destruction and killings which the Bandits carried out especially in Katsina and Zamfara, the Northern leaders in conjunction with officials of Nigerian Government requested Miyatti Allah to intervene and remove the Bandits from Nigeria. Miyatti Allah returned demanding 150 Billion Naira to settle the Bandits and evacuate them. The Government turned the offer down and restricted itself to the payment of 100 Billion Naira.

Shamefully Godwin Emefiele raised 100 Billion Naira for the settlement as a condition for his re-appointment as the Central bank Governor.

Miyatti Allah collected the money and purportedly distributed it but nothing changed.

In a bid to control the damage, President Buhari directed that RUGA initiative be setup to create colonies for these fighters in every state in Nigeria.

My questions are:
1. Should Nigerian communities accommodate these criminal elements?
2. Why has El Rufai not been called to clean up the mess he created?
3. Does this explain the President Buhari’s silence?
4.Is this conspiracy of the North gone wrong?
Nigerians think for yourselves?

While youths and normal people view APC as a complete disaster, your likes hold on to APC with this unusual hope of better days that will never come. While others think it is time for change, looking out for options among the parties, some of you think APC will make life better for you.

There are two reasons why your like support APC:

1. Simply that you want APC to remain in power.
2. That you want your tribe to win.

Unfortunately a better Nigeria, falsely hinged on the two legs stated above, is headed for destruction in less than four years.

If Okowa and other prominent Agbor people say they are Igbos, how are you, a Nairaland pikin, objecting to the well known fact?

By the way what does IKA mean?

In that situation the guy should shut the Bleep up since he too does not know any kind of intelligence possessed by the DSS.

Sir/Ma, the law does not say your offence should be made known to you before arrest. It only says it should be made known to you at the time of arrest.

The reason for this is to prevent tampering and destruction of evidence.

As you are, if DSS invites you today, you will go because your hands are clean and you have nothing to hide. Let Emefiele also since his hands are clean.
