Everywhere in the world, peaceful gathering and demonstration is a right, the right to self determination is guaranteed by the UDHR and can't be taken away by the govt.
Invite the agitators to a round table, discuss with them, show them why a one united Nigeria is better than fragmentation.
The Buhari govt has turned hitherto peaceful groups into armed and violent groups and people are cheering him up, it's unfortunate.
