I believe the cost of production of this new notes is less compared to the old ones, because of the reduction in color quality,
Nothing is wrong with the new currency is a legal tender only those with skeleton in their cupboard will be afraid.

CBN didn't plan this well at all. Seriously the new note looks fake but we still just have to collect it. From 20th on, I will start rejecting old notes from any transactions in my shop. I have informed all my workers in my bet shop because I'm 100% there won't be any extension and I really do not want it extended.

What is even more annoying is why are banks still paying the old notes to customers?? After asking ppl to deposit old notes they are still paying out old notes
If Central bank means business they would have gone round all the banks to replace old notes with new ones and destroy the old notes.

I know the money but the few times I've been given it during transactions, I reject it.

The money annoys me. It's ugly and it stains whatever looks like a white trouser. So until it is mandatorily the only available hard currency, I'm not trading with it.

He/ she speaks the glaring truth, shut up, for what?if this are the stance &commotion this new notes are wielding ,then it's high time the president and the CBN governor do a joint live broadcast enlightening the masses, then this issue subside. We shouldn't be bias just because we try to cover up the flaws of our preferred party ,when the truth is staring right at us.
