In fact, how many non Hausa/Fulani has chaired EFCC till date? Hausa's may be accommodating but don't conflate it with not being nepotistic. They are not less tribalistic in any way. A typical Hausa man will not even pray behind a Yoruba Imam leading Solat; at least u won't say u don't know there are Yoruba Mosques and Hausa mosques due to that reason.

As regards giving outsiders work, which work are we referring to here ? Are u saying Hausa's who are at the top of ministries and government parastatals are not recruiting massively their kit and kin into the system ? It's only Lagos state that can really be described as giving jobs to outsiders like you are alluding to Hausa states.
