Happy?
Gallagher is talking crap. As soon as Rashford chased the ball, he interfered with play. It is as simple as that. Saying he did not touch the ball makes no sense. He chased after it, preventing our players access to the ball.

Offside.

There is only a right decision here. What does he mean any decision the referee makes is right. The guy chase the ball over 15meters for goodness sake.

Me. cheesy

Whine for one game. I believe in long-term results. Not a game. People who have been here long enough will remember me saying Iheanacho should seat on the bench and soak knowledge. Why? I believe it will yield results in the long term. Not long, I talked about Foden staying, benching and succeeding. I always look long-term. This match did not shake me. If you think so, you are mistaken.

Everton vs Man United last season....A goal was ruled out because Lewin (not sure) who was lying on the floor in an offside position adjusted his leg for the ball to pass through.
Rashford was offside today. Chasing after the ball is an interference.
But I don't know why City fans are complaining. City has enjoyed many controversial decisions in the past so they just got served today. Na turn by turn grin

Blocking with channels. You guys were just defending in numbers. Even Wigan can do that. Nothing tactical. It was a defensive set up because you were up against a better side. You were out played all through the game. Anyone that sits deep can nullify anyone.
Not every team that seats deep can nullify anyone.

No one said that. I said the weaker teams seat deep. Manchester United were seating deep because they knew they can't match City. Sometimes seating deep works, sometimes it fails. Almost every team seats deep against us. It ain't genius.

wink But this was right
You can't make a sound judgement just from this image alone, the image clearly revealed a ball that is still in motion, by this very fact, we can't pinpoint its exact landing spot.

Yes we all now that ball is offside! But the referee thought otherwise and it was given a goal. You or anybody else cannot change that. Thank you! Let's move on!

I think opposite. I think Mane's workrate upfront was underrated by the Liverpool's family. I think that is where the problem lies. That high press upfront relied a lot on Mane.
Diaz offered that too.. Not up to Mane level in that aspect, but he tried there... Even Nunez can press well.. the real problem is the midfield..it's worm out and putting pressure on the defense....
Somebody like Trent bas been the biggest victim because the midfield is no longer protecting him when he overlaps and therefore expose his defensive vulnerability...

TheSuperNerd:
I agree with the midfield point. The moment Liverpool began this decline started when the right midfield profiles phased out and weren't replaced properly. It is kinda one of the major reasons you guys are struggling.

Liverpool has lost that Physicality mixed Intensity and technicality that enabled their midfield Press, counter press and execute their usual heavy-pressure-on-the-ball style.

Liverpool's entire style (a style they would also need to adjust and refine) is all about putting pressure on the ball, closing down opponents quickly to force turnovers and quick transitions and they usually do so with intensity and structure and when that fails, their high line is left wide open.

Kpele Dan. Na Phase. grin
There was a time our pressing game was so mad that people wondered if our players were on drugs..... Last season, we played about 55 games and due to not having a robust squad depth like city, some players played about 70% of those games...part of that contributed to fatigue..

If only we had Todd Boehly as our owner....

Interestingly, I was already preparing something on this lad before you asked this question. Well, I guess the cat's out of the bag.

Like Lesley Ugochukwu, here is another one with Naija heritage but raised in the French system.

Aside the wikipedia info of him moving to France at age 3 and being born in Lagos to Naija parents (Similar case to Yossoufa Moukoko of Dortmund, born in Cameroun and moved to Europe early under Adoption), what we need know is that he is a promising young striker who bagged 24 goals in the French U17 National championships in 2020/21. A left footed forward who stands at an impressive height for a 16 year old: 1.85m.

Belongs to the class of 2006's "French" Generation Next alongside PSG's Warren Zaire-Emery.

More info digging shows his Father is a Business Owner in Nigeria while his mum works for a restaurant.

George has 3 younger brothers and a sister. He and his immediate junior were born in Nigeria while the rest of his siblings were born in France.
He says he got into football because of his Athletic uncles from his maternal side. Idolised CR7 and Mbappe.

His goal against Maja's Girondins Bordeaux made him the first 2006-born to score a goal in any of the top 5 European leagues and their 2nd divisions. A Pioneer.

He did this at age 16 years, 4 months and 28 days.

So what are our chances with this lad? Time will tell but he does seem to recognise his Nigerian roots.

Here is a clip reel of the lad.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ie18eAebq3I

He will turn 17 much later in the summer.

P.S: I only hope, unlike Moukoko, he doesn't turn out a little older than his age currently states. Moukoko have been found out to be 22 and not 18 in actuality due to documents provided by his grand dad according to report findings. Their kasala.

Ilenikhena's story so far shows he may truly be his age and all. So yep, another prospect.

For some one who claims to be so intelligent you act like a Neanderthal , or is it your over hyped egoistic view of yourself. I really don't Know.

I absolutely would not believe his age if he was born in Nigeria, without anything substantial to prove otherwise.

You deny the truth and accept the lie.

I really don't have to explain why .

The possibility exists that there are Nigerian youth footballers telling the absolute truth about their ages but a very very small minority. You have no way to corroborate claims beyond personal integrity

Using the analogy of the police , I truly believe there are honest, truthful and professional minded police in Nigeria. But experience has taught us there are very few if any.

In the same way, using this analogy. We are a nation with fantastic corruption, where honour and integrity are not revered. It's estimated that a double figure % of Nigerian youth are involved in Yahoo. All these present continuous variables Make it impossible to rely on individual integrity.

Smh. Even on Sundays, you still walk around this thread like a fool and with the bitterness of a scorned marketwoman seeing her periods. Don't you go to church? Don't you pray? You could ask for sense you know? wink Coz you seriously LACK ANY. The little you have is PSEUDO.

The Bible says "if any of you lack Wisdom, let him ask of God" but obviously you don't pray due to your overbloated sense of yourself and here you are displaying more foolishness in my mentions.

So you would believe the guy in the first picture(Below) is 17 and have no need for your silly 5 years additions to ages but you won't believe the age of the guy in the second picture(Below) despite being subject to MRI's over 90% accuracy test of the left wrist for teen boys who is still kicking on since 2015 despite all the injuries?? Do you know of the relationship between age and recovery time for injuries?? Lol... why bother you with the question. You're just pseudo-intellectual garbage. Anyway, since 2015 is 9 years as a footballer & 7 years as a pro. Hope you know. By the way, how come I have never seen you question Iwobi's age despite Iwobi also being Born in Nigeria?? gringrin(His pic also below)

KomeCLOWN.... you are INFACT WORSE THAN a clown. YOU ARE THE ENTIRE CIRCUS.

KomeCIRCUS fits you more nicely. A circus that altogether contributes to an IQ of less than 50, yep, That's you. This is me being nice coz it's Sunday.

Meanwhile, you haven't told us how your words on October 20, 2017 or any of the ones quoted saw you advising Osimhen (the man in the second pic) to move to Belgium grin

Here it is again... show us the Advice, LIAR KING OF THE DUMBEST CIRCUS.
komekn:
Osimhen is operating on past youthful glory as an U17 player, which is essentially small boys football. That as it stands is archived history of plus two years ago. No longer tenable or relevant for current assessment.

This may be hard for some to digest but Osimhen will not enter the youth team of any top EPL club as it stands. If Indeed he could make the youth team of a Championship side that would be more probable but not certain.

So let's have no doubt Solanke is far ahead of Osimhen in every respect.
Happy Sunday The Boroughs' Circus fool and LIAR.
