TradingGod:
LORD JESUS planted the tree for Adam use but it was not yet time for Adam to eat of it.

Adam ate the fruit ahead of time thereby changing LORD JESUS plan.

Originally Adam was suppose to consume the tree of life FIRST, before LORD JESUS will give him the permission to eat from the tree that gives knowledge of good and evil.

But Adam was decived by his subordinate (woman) and allowed his subordinate to make a decision for him thereby derailing LORD JESUS plan in the beginning.
Quick questions…
1. Is Jesus god?
2. If the above is in the affirmative, is he omniscient?

Yes, LORD JESUS IS YAHWEH

2. LORD JESUS IS THE KNOWLEDGE ITSELF
LORD JESUS is the knowledge behind every information

LORD JESUS knows all knowledge because all knowledge comes from HIM.

Every knowledge and information you hold to yourself comes from LORD JESUS, because HE is the source of all KNOWLEDGE

New American Standard Bible ►►
1 In the beginning was KNOWLEDGE, and the KNOWLEDGE was with God, and the KNOWLEDGE was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him [b]not even one thing came into being that has come into being. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the Light (information) of mankind. 5 And the Light (information) shines in the darkness (ignorance and disobedience) and the darkness (ignorance and disobedience) did not grasp it.

Evolution theory is true but the understanding is where the problem lies

As a Christian, when you give your life to LORD JESUS, you evolved mentally into another man

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God

Evolution exist, but it is only mentally evolution that exist

Physical evolution does not exist.

Prove of mental evolution still exist
The way I think 10 years ago is quite diffrent from how I think today.
This is because I have evolved mentally

Prove of physical evolution does not exist
I'm still waiting for a monkey to evolve to a man in my very eyes in this 21st century undecided
The above highlighted means you don't even have the basic knowledge of evolution (which is a common trend amongst third world theists).
What you are referring to is what is known as speciation, which is a form of evolution. And it happens over hundreds or thousands of years.
I suggest you educate yourself on evolution first before talking of speciation

Cool
1. So that means he knew Adam was gonna be misled by his wife and by the tree, yet he went ahead and gave him Eve and planted the trees. Don't you think that's wrong?
If I knew my child is gonna be burned by gas cooker, and I still ho ahead and buy the gas cooker, and even place it near the child, what would you think of me? A loving dad?

Where I dey change mouth?
Evolution simply means change. Man came from a common ancestor with apes. We are all Great Apes. The present humans, Homo Sapiens, is different from the previous humans before us, like the Homo Erectus, Homo Habilis etc.
Speciation is a form of evolution where the change leads to the formation of a complete specie, which isn't backward compatible.

And I told you evolution takes many years, it would not be visible in your eyes. Some organs in our body that were useful to our Homo Erectus ancestors are now obsolete. These organs include the tail and appendix. We still have them but they are useless to us because of adaptation

evolution means shit when no ancient report claimed we had tails.

It's funny how scientists believe the elvultion theory even tho they haven't seen one with their naked eye and yet they mock religious people for believing without seeing.

Look Mr Man, elvultion is mental, what you know 10 years ago is diffrent from what you know now. Any physical form of evultuon is a lie

We haven't seen any elvultion claim in our modern era, all we have is other people with their limited knowledge telling us that evolution started millions of years ago even tho they can't show me one in reality presence

Context is always important in understanding God, or else you will end up sounding very foolish

I bought a gas cooker and I told my 18 year old son not to use the gas cooker untill I comeback from work since I am the only one to operate it.

Now I have another 12 year old daughter at home and she convinced my 18 year old son to on the gas cooker, eventho they knew that if daddy comes back to see that they have operated the gas cooker, daddy will be very upset. Yet my 18 year old still allowed my 12 year old daughter to manipulate him to do her bidding so thay she could eat indomie and egg.

Now he turn on the gas cooker but since he couldn't operate it, he damaged the gas cooker. Now I'm back from work and I realise that the gas cooker I bought recently has been broken,

What will be the punishment to my 18 year old son, remember I told him to wait till I comeback

Now will you blame me for giving my 18 year old son the choice to make his decisions independently. ?

LORD JESUS gave Adam two choice

1. Eat of the tree of life, so that you make obtain God righteousness
2. Don't eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil so that the thought of unrighteousness will not consume you.

Adam had the choice to folow God wisdom or choose to define wisdom on his on terms,

Unfortunately, like me 18 year old son, Adam disobeyed God by doing the bidding of his subordinate (woman)

Question 2 is in John 1:1-5

Go on let's discuss.
Now this is the whole of Numbers 22. This passage explains just one of the reasons atheists believe yhwh and the Bible were a poorly constructed joke. There are myriads of reasons but now, we'll dissect just one of them.

Read up…

Numbers 22

1 Then the Israelites traveled to the plains of Moab and camped along the Jordan across from Jericho.

2 Now Balak son of Zippor saw all that Israel had done to the Amorites, 3 and Moab was terrified because there were so many people. Indeed, Moab was filled with dread because of the Israelites.

4 The Moabites said to the elders of Midian, “This horde is going to lick up everything around us, as an ox licks up the grass of the field.”

So Balak son of Zippor, who was king of Moab at that time, 5 sent messengers to summon Balaam son of Beor, who was at Pethor, near the Euphrates River, in his native land. Balak said:

“A people has come out of Egypt; they cover the face of the land and have settled next to me. 6 Now come and put a curse on these people, because they are too powerful for me. Perhaps then I will be able to defeat them and drive them out of the land. For I know that whoever you bless is blessed, and whoever you curse is cursed.”

7 The elders of Moab and Midian left, taking with them the fee for divination. When they came to Balaam, they told him what Balak had said.

8 “Spend the night here,” Balaam said to them, “and I will report back to you with the answer the Lord gives me.” So the Moabite officials stayed with him.

9 God came to Balaam and asked, “Who are these men with you?”

10 Balaam said to God, “Balak son of Zippor, king of Moab, sent me this message: 11 ‘A people that has come out of Egypt covers the face of the land. Now come and put a curse on them for me. Perhaps then I will be able to fight them and drive them away.’”

12 But God said to Balaam, “Do not go with them. You must not put a curse on those people, because they are blessed.”

13 The next morning Balaam got up and said to Balak’s officials, “Go back to your own country, for the Lord has refused to let me go with you.”

14 So the Moabite officials returned to Balak and said, “Balaam refused to come with us.”

15 Then Balak sent other officials, more numerous and more distinguished than the first. 16 They came to Balaam and said:

“This is what Balak son of Zippor says: Do not let anything keep you from coming to me, 17 because I will reward you handsomely and do whatever you say. Come and put a curse on these people for me.”

18 But Balaam answered them, “Even if Balak gave me all the silver and gold in his palace, I could not do anything great or small to go beyond the command of the Lord my God. 19 Now spend the night here so that I can find out what else the Lord will tell me.”

20 That night God came to Balaam and said, “Since these men have come to summon you, go with them, but do only what I tell you.”

Balaam’s Donkey
21 Balaam got up in the morning, saddled his donkey and went with the Moabite officials. 22 But God was very angry when he went, and the angel of the Lord stood in the road to oppose him.
Balaam was riding on his donkey, and his two servants were with him. 23 When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord standing in the road with a drawn sword in his hand, it turned off the road into a field. Balaam beat it to get it back on the road.

24 Then the angel of the Lord stood in a narrow path through the vineyards, with walls on both sides.
25 When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord, it pressed close to the wall, crushing Balaam’s foot against it. So he beat the donkey again.

26 Then the angel of the Lord moved on ahead and stood in a narrow place where there was no room to turn, either to the right or to the left. 27 When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord, it lay down under Balaam, and he was angry and beat it with his staff. 28 Then the Lord opened the donkey’s mouth, and it said to Balaam, “What have I done to you to make you beat me these three times?”

29 Balaam answered the donkey, “You have made a fool of me! If only I had a sword in my hand, I would kill you right now.”

30 The donkey said to Balaam, “Am I not your own donkey, which you have always ridden, to this day? Have I been in the habit of doing this to you?”

“No,” he said.

31 Then the Lord opened Balaam’s eyes, and he saw the angel of the Lord standing in the road with his sword drawn. So he bowed low and fell facedown.

32 The angel of the Lord asked him, “Why have you beaten your donkey these three times? I have come here to oppose you because your path is a reckless one before me.[a] 33 The donkey saw me and turned away from me these three times. If it had not turned away, I would certainly have killed you by now, but I would have spared it.”

34 Balaam said to the angel of the Lord, “I have sinned. I did not realize you were standing in the road to oppose me. Now if you are displeased, I will go back.”

35 The angel of the Lord said to Balaam, “Go with the men, but speak only what I tell you.” So Balaam went with Balak’s officials.

36 When Balak heard that Balaam was coming, he went out to meet him at the Moabite town on the Arnon border, at the edge of his territory. 37 Balak said to Balaam, “Did I not send you an urgent summons? Why didn’t you come to me? Am I really not able to reward you?”

38 “Well, I have come to you now,” Balaam replied. “But I can’t say whatever I please. I must speak only what God puts in my mouth.”

39 Then Balaam went with Balak to Kiriath Huzoth. 40 Balak sacrificed cattle and sheep, and gave some to Balaam and the officials who were with him. 41 The next morning Balak took Balaam up to Bamoth Baal, and from there he could see the outskirts of the Israelite camp.

Now, reading the above passage as a fresher should have one scratching his head.
1. An omniscient god was asking a mortal he created who the other mortals are. As an omniscient god, he would have told Balaam that some officials would visit him in some days, and told him what he would tell them as reply.
2. Not only that, he originally told Balaam not to go with them, but changed his mind and told him to go with them when they sent more goodies grin
3. Now when Balaam obeyed him and went with them, he sent an angel to kill him, even though poor Balaam was adhering to him instructions cheesy
4. After threatening Balaam that he would have killed him if not for the donkey, he still went ahead to tell him to continue on the journey
5. I don't want to talk about the talking donkey ( that's some hardcore Shrek moves cheesy ) that's for another day.

So, lets hear your views, sir cheesy

Lol.
We humans have a tailbone. Please google 'coccyx'. You currently have it as you're typing on your device. So does every human. In fact, as a fetus in your mother's womb you were growing a tail, and then it starts regressing to the stage it is now. In fact this regression process can get corrupted (as many other process in the body can be) and some babies are actually born with tails and we surgically excise them. Google 'babies born with tails' and see for yourself. These tails were the vestiges of our ancestors.
About evolution. I don't even know where to start teaching you. I'll assume your knowledge of biology is poor.
Plants and animals adapt to environment and challenge. Those adaptations are evolutions. Some animals lose their limbs, some grow longer necks etc. If you have managed to read up any of the links i sent you, I wouldn't have to be typing this long epistle.
Some humans evolve to living in high altitudes. Their lungs develop higher oxygen carrying capacity etc. Thus they survive and breath normal in mountains. People like us cannot survive up in those mountains unless we carry pressurized oxygen cylinders. And when they come down the low grounds, they can stay and perform in high oxygen demanding activities like running. That's why Kenyans and Ethiopians excel in marathons.
The above instance of evolution does not make those Ethiopians turn into different humans but other instances abound where different species are produced, in a process called speciation. Please read up those links. I specifically gave animals that gave rise to completely different species.

First, you said evultion started with adapation
Lol, adaption means getting new knowledge and information about a new environment so that you can survive and trive in that particular new surrounding with the new information and knowledge acquired from that environment for enjoying that environment and that is what primitive men like jaephoenix calls evolution cheesy cheesy cheesy

From that brief explanation you can see that evultuon start from aquiring new information from the environment to your dull brain. Which means evultuon start mentally.

In summary all knowledge come from LORD JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH, The father of all knowledge, so you see he created everything by giving the right knowledge for that that specie to thrive, if that specie is threatened by its environment, the spice will use the knowledge and information giving to it by God to protect itself from harmsway.

James 1:15
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

Hosea 4:6
my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. “Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.

Can you for once remove religion from that your dull cretarded empty brain and focus on knowledge?
Read this and educate yourself. Adaptation is an evolutionary trait

There is nowhere science involved god or jesus. If you do that argument, no problem. But today, we're talking about evolution

Sorry my man, I can't mention knowledge without calling the Father of Knowledge.

Science is the study of the physical knowledge

LORD JESUS CHRIST is the father of all knowledge both in the physical realms and spiritual realms.

In the beginning, Adam was seprated from the source of knowledge which means all men that came from Adam was disconnected from The knowledge.

LORD JESUS CHRIST who is The knowledge made flesh came to tell us that we WILL have all the knowledge in the world if we believe in HIM (as you freeks believe Charles darwin). But unfortunately my Christian brothers lack this understanding and there by live all thier life suffering in poverty

Hosea 4:6
my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. “Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children

By the way,
All the jargons you posted all leads to adaptations as a process of acquiring new knowledge undecided

I never said evultion theory is wrong, don't get me wrong I support the knowledge behind the evultuon theory but it should be applied in the mental world and not the physical world.

20 years ago you didn't think like you think now.

That is evolution!
Mental evultuon!
That is what plant and animals are doing to avoid getting destroyed.

When a bird realise that the tree it build her nest is always being raided with other predators. The bird will use this found knowledge and information to change location so that her nest and birds can be safe from the claws of preadators.

That's MENTAL EVOLUTION!

I pray your dull brain will evolve so that it can grasp this important information I am giving to you for free.

If this is the big evidence you have against God, it's a bit funny to me. I think the problem here is that you are trying to ascribe your preferred, style of speaking, personality, and mannerism to God.
I don't see any short coming in God expressing himself the way he did. But you are the atheists, it's your place to see short coming even in God's personality even when there is none.

TradingGod:

So what about the change in physical attributes? Like change in height, growth of wings etc. Is it mental too?

I am not really seeing anything wrong. I think you are just irritated with God's personality.
It's not like this is a case of God doing something way out of the books.
It's just you not approving of the way he spoke and The questions he asked.

The problem with religion is it brainwashes one and makes one see black as white.
I just showed you a passage your yhwh changed his mind like 3 times or so, and even wanted to murder someone for daring to obey him. Lol grin
I mean that was pretty comical.
If an omniscient being changing his mind means nothing to you, then I rest my case.
I'm not irritated by your yhwh. How can I be irritated by someone I deem non-existent?
I’m simply amused by folks like you that worship him.
And that gaffe is just one of the myriads of contradictions, lies and misinformations in the bible

All you showed my were 3 places you think God changed his mind,Or you interpret it that way.
I think you are dwelling on the petty. What really did God do that you are not in agreement with not this petty stuff where you are trying to force your personal interpretation on us. I refused to interpret God's thoughts because it's not in my place to do so.

You refuse to interprete yhwh's thought but you guys pride yourself of 'knowing the mind of god'. Now it's time to prove you know the 'mind of god' youre balking. Lol.
What you're exhibiting is one of the hallmarks of delusion. grin

I don't understand why you are being paranoid. I never told you l know the mind of God. What I know is what God reveals to me.
Kindly explain the Hallmark of delusion that you believe I am exhibiting. I am eager to learn about my delusion from the expert.

1. If you noticed, I used the word 'y'all' which is the contraction of 'you all'. So it means I wasn't referring to you but christians generally, especially those that say they got the mind of god, in fact, god na dia paddy, wey dem dey halla anyhow, dey drink tea with. But once I post this passage to them, they start giving all sorts of excuses, like saying god is god etc. Some recant from their 'yhwh na my paddy' posture to I don't know.
I watch all these drama unfold with amusement.
Since you have no repsonse to this error, do you still wanna see more of the Bible gaffes? grin

This is so unfair
We are talking about a religion with 2.4 billion followers.
About your so called errors, honestly l think you are imagining things. Are there questions to be asked? Yes
I constantly ask questions each day.
But I think you keep looking for faults that you now see faults and errors that don't exist. You now see something wrong in every word God speaks.

1. Yeah, I know. Theists love fallacies. I was wondering when you were gonna dip into the fallacy can.
You just committed one well known theist fallacy: appeal to popularity. cheesy

The appeal to popularity fallacy is made when an argument relies on public opinion to determine what is true, right, or good. This approach is problematic because popularity does not necessarily indicate something is true. Using this flaw in logic, a person may come to a conclusion that has little or no basis in fact

Youre appealing to the fact that christians are about 2.4 billions strong, so that means they are right. But you conveniently forgot that there was a point in time Christianity was a minority and polytheism was 90% of the world belief. Imagine if someone has asked an ancient Greek worshipping Zeus if he was right and he replied that almost all Greeks worshipped Zeus, so he must be the true god cheesy
Or asking an ancient Scandinavian Viking why he worshipped Thor?
See my drift? grin
The reason Christianity is the more popular religion is because the Romans who ruled the world were christians(even though theirs weren't more like paganistic Christianity compared to today's version) , they converted masses by the sword, and not evangelism. If the Arabs had won more wars, you'd probably be a muslim. Heck, if you were born in India, you'd be trying to convince me Hindu is the true religion and Christianity is rubbish.
By the way the population of Christians are diminishing. For example in the US, The U.S.'s Christian majority has been shrinking for decades. A Pew Research Center study shows that as of 2020, about 64% of Americans identify as Christian. Fifty years ago, that number was 90%.
2. You said I looked for faults. Really? If a mere mortal like me can easily find lies and contradictions in a book that was supposedly divinely inspired, what does it tell you? smiley

You are really a funny guy. But then you totally misunderstood my comments. Religion is not a popularity contest. I was actually addresses you fallacy.
So I mentioned the Christian population because when you said Y'all, it was the fallacy of bunching 2.4 billion people and thousands of sects together. You can't boast of meeting and discussing with most Christians or even most sects. IYou could have addressed me as a single entity discussing with you but you chose to bunch 2.4 billion people together.
So all your pew research talk was not needed

Bro, when I said y'all I mean you all. Now its an uncountable quantity. It just means some of y'all. Not all y'all .Just like when rappers say "Y'all niggas is crazy", it doesnt mean every single black male is crazy. So no, I didn’t commit any fallacy of hasty generalization grin
