1- No iOS updates- it would affect the functions of some app in the long run.
2- you can't remove your SIM , if you do you'd need a new chip. Stressful to me.
3- if your phone gets affected by bugs from apps you downloaded you can't factory reset it, cos if you do you'd need a new chip.
These and many more.
My advice to you is that you should use that money to buy a factory unlocked iPhone 11 or save up till you have enough for the iPhone model of your choice.

Everything he told you are lies from hell’s pit , I use a chip unlocked phone myself and I recently updated to iOS 16.2 and when I didn’t like it I downgraded back to iOS 15.7 , bro the chip works fine .

You can always remove the chip from your phone and slot it back in especially if it’s the chip that doesn’t use adhesive.

Go for chip cos it’s even cheaper

One thing you should know about chip unlock is that you MUST never remove the sim from the phone. Once you do that, it'll no longer work. That's why most people prefer full network unlock

u can use chip and it will work fine pending when there is update for worldwide unlock.whobis saying you can't remove sim from a chipped phone?.

Lol you've forgotten I'm the one that told you that you could downgrade to iOS 15 after you complained here. Funny you think I'm now spreading rumours.
Your downgrading to iOS 15 doesn't mean chip unlocked allows upgrade/ downgrade, before anyone using a chip unlocked can upgrade / downgrade, the person has to confirm if the chip is compatible with the iOS update.
I didn't bother asking you if you used chip unlocked because you already spoke of upgrading it and I felt since it was compatible with your upgrade then it definitely would be with the downgrade.

Why do you think the iPhone you bought was still on iOS 13 as at when you bought it ? , Do you think the person that sold it to you was foolish to have still left it on iOS 13?

Even after downgrading to ios15.7 battery life is still rubbish, phone can’t even last a full day of use . Thinking of selling it off or I dunno if you can suggest something instead . Am tired of the phone already .

Battery life of 100% as at 8a.m when I started using it now battery is 29% as at 1:56pm . Can’t last a full day of use obviously
