97% of OYO citizens would vote Tinubu in the presidential, Atiku Obi and kwankwanso to share 3% with Atiku having 1.5 %, it a different ball game for the gubernatorial as Makinde of P DP would return with 60% of the votes. Aside Lagos, don't think any state could surpass Oyo vote for APC in the whole southern Nigerian in the next presidential elections.

He used a 6months old party of CPC without a governor or any elective position to win over 12million votes. Even ACN with about 5governors then couldn't get one-tenth of Buhari structureless party votes
Even the governorship, CPC only managed to win just one state in North central
Buhari won his presidential election in katsina state but lost to PDP in governorship election
Same thing is repeating with Obi
Many PDP and APC members will vote him and during the governorship election they will revert to their various parties
