The common man had money to buy basic things during Obasanjo's regime. Unless Festus can translate his figures into reality, otherwise, we should trash his overzealous analysis asual. Defending the failures of Buhari is the hardest job on the planet at this point. Sometimes you have figures but no factti substantiate, other times, you have fact but no figures to back it up.
