You're referring to a deal began by OBJ. And did you not hear where he said, that is for the end of the year to take capacity to 7000 megawatts, before he will begin his plan to take it to 15000 megawatts before 2024, and 25000 megawatts by 2025.
Or did you also conveniently miss that part.

This is another critical reason Buhari needs to ensure he hands over to APC candidate. If he hands over to opposition party, they will change the narrative that he never started any project or paid a dime for it.

Are you for real. I watched on TV when OBJ invited Siemens to Nigeria, and signed an MOU with them.
These deals do not happen overnight. They take years to develop.
There's no project Buhari started and completed.
All he did was complete projects that had been conceived and started decades before he was elected.
That's what they call government.
