Last last all these permutations na just noise and guess work.
I still hold polling as the only true metric to know the frontrunner..

2015 and 2019, several polls showed Buhari leading. Even on niaraland here, buhari was the clear favorite. E reach Tinubu turn, we dey hear "voters are not online". grin

Professional polls have Obi as the clear frontrunner.
Street polls have Obi as front runner.
Online polls, that wan na beast on him own. Every literate is going to Obi by 90 Percent.

All these other guesswork is tiring. Based on our "feelings".

I dont know about Edo I will defer to theflint and segedinho there
I don't know where Obaseki leans
But my wild guess is that APC gets 25% in Edo

BTW don't base your evaluations on the city alone, think about the villages and those who dont have access to information online, Are you sure they know about Obi and have enough incentives to be Obiedients?

Elections are won in the rural areas
I stay in Edo and I can tell you authoritatively that the gospel of Obi is well received in many places there. The way igbos(They make up a significant pop. in Edo. You can speak Igbo throughout your time in New Benin Market or Ring road and still get everything you want) in Edo are organising the outreach is wonderful.

Last year Igbo day in December, They organized groups that shared food and posters in some rural areas(The WhatsApp group I was in took care of Uzeba and environs). So I am pretty confident of Obi's chances. However, I don't want to ignore Kabaka boys. E get why(because when push comes to shove, everyone will abandon votes for his family to avoid falling into hungry cultists/thugs hands)

Urban areas split their votes, Because they have more access to info rural areas they have limited info and follow what someone say. Its the reason why some places in rural Nigeria some people have never heard of Kwankwanso or Obi but know of APC and PDP
rural areas is where elections are rigged the most. There is no two ways about it. And northerners take advantage of it the most..cos thats where you will find under age voters in thousands.

I stand to be corrected but seems he was talking about his achievements regarding electricity?
And that it is imperative to put your sewing machine in front of you before sewing - Pretty obvious but I thought he meant taking the right steps to make things work?

That's what I heard as well, not sure what exactly the drama is all about?
Or is it that people just prefer to hear what they think they want to hear and make jokes about it?

Strange feeling but I've always thought that the average Nigerian, and that is a significant percentage of the population would want the best man to win to move the country forward. Call me naive but why the name calling, mud-slinging among ordinary citizens? Politikkssssss?! undecided

Like you fix power before you see development?

You do not solve power by posing in power stations in Egypt. You solve it by bringing the experts from abroad to consult on the problem and provide advise. This is actually a classic Nigerian problem where leader rather than take the time to invest in tedious but holistic solutions, but rather wants a sharp sharp solution - a knee jerk display of physicality - what we as blacks celebrate as working

This is incidentally why and how Tinubu solved the bar beach flooding. He brought in engineers from the Netherlands - the world experts in this sort of thing as their entire country is below sea level. Tho some obidients say it is mere river dredging

It is also why Tinubu has been advocating liberalisation or uncoupling of our power transmission sector. It is simply designed to fail as it is.

As to the sewing machine, that is something I say all the time. You must have a framework in place. It is also another unique Nigerian issue where people say they want to learn a skill, but do not have the necessary tools. I was advising on this the other day on this thread. You want to start coding or pc graphics, you need a suitably powered pc.

The same issue shows up in upwork threads where intending newbies do not have any framework in place. Pc, gen, reliable Internet, headset.

Tinubu is taking the time to talk down and they still don't want to understand.

If I were to say before we can advance to the next level the necessary framework and infrastructure has to be in place, it will be this man is speaking grammar up and Dan.

this is the obidient way to solve a power problem - by going to a power station in a country without power challenges to stare at screens and talk to power station control room operators

problem solved

if you love motion - without distance, forming activity and detest actual cerebral rigor that will give true and lasting solutions - you know where to press your thumb.
