Theres already a MASTERPLAN on how to develop Lagos which was created by TINUBU several years ago and all the traditional rulers agreed that they will pick "A GOVERNOR" every four years to follow that development masterplan. Any GOVERNOR picked by them who does not LOYALLY follow the masterplan will be kicked out, just like AMBODE. The masterplan was approved by the OBA OF LAGOS and the Idejos who are the REAL OWNERS OF LAGOS, not visitors and noisemakers like you. Theres also a development masterplan in places like UK, every Prime minister must follow it or his ass will be kicked out by the King/Queen. This is the best way to have development as there will be CONTINUITY in governance and EVERY GOVERNOR will know he's accountable and may not be considered for second term if he deviates from a development plan.

Now after Jakande and Awolowo did what they did, WHO CONTINUED with their BLUEPRINT, the reason why the traditional leaders of Lagos accepted Tinubu's masterplan was because it was EXCELLENT (Visible with the development of LFTZ, Lagos metro rail, Banana island, Lekki deep seaport, Lekki airport, Oshodi interchange etc) and it allows continuity without any GOVERNOR feeling bigger than Lagos and wanting to choose who succeeds him. The traditional leaders of Lagos choose who succeds who.
