It was fixed yesterday evening around 6. I have not driven up to 5hrs. It stays normal when on 1.whenever it's below 1 like 0.5, it's vibrates.

5 hours is enough for a relearn especially if you stopped and restarted in between.

Na this same cylinder 3 he repaired before na but he did not do it properly. See if repair gets to this level wey you don open all the internals finish. na complete overhaul you suppose do. New piston and rings, gaskets, valve, seats, guides and all. The repair is expensive because you need to use OEM parts. If you have small time, watch this video

2AZ that's built in Japan. The one in your car and most other camrys from 2003 to 2009 is built in the US and most have oil burn issues.

I started experiencing sluggish acceleration at second and, sometimes, third. Beyond that the vehicle moves smoothly.
I scanned and got these codes: P0500, P0986 and P0798.
Please how do I tackle this problem especially with the last two codes that point to solenoid.
Will replacing the gear brain box solve the problem.

You will still need to reset or get the new normal smart key, it has lost communication, and this happened when your smart key fell down and scattered. Ask more at 08167071246

pls i have this noise called vvt rattle on my es 300. it only does on cold start. i have learnt it is a common problem of vvt engines and it is everywhere on youtube. I started noticing it as i clocked 265k miles on my car and she is still going fast. I plan to keep her till 500k miles. The mechs i have showed this problem asked about oil lights, i have none. Check engine light showed one o2 sensor is bad which i am replacing today. I used to have an oil shorting, breaking seals and smoking problems all of which were fixed after i replaced pvc valve and hose. the mechs say the noise is from the cam but i need to know what part of the cam and how many of them that needs to be replaced because i donot want any trial and error that will most certainly ruin this baby. i use fully synthetic 5w 30 which i change every 1500 miles for safety.

I'd advise you rebuild that engine with good parts if you have a trusted mechanic. Most 2AZ engines in ladipo and most parts markets are rebuilt, refurbished, or 1AZ repackaged as 2AZ engines.
Only buy a Japan variant 2AZ engine from a trusted seller and trust me, finding that trusted seller is not an easy task.

Pls this is highly debatable. Yes, idling for long periods of time will take fuel, however, putting your car in Neutral will have NO effect on your fuel consumption whatsoever. Rather, it will cause stress on the transmission. Please research more on these.

I disagree with the bolded. Leaving the car on neutral should not stress the gear in anyway, but rather idling with a drive gear (R or D) is what stresses the gear.

Replace all chinko bulbs with genuine bulbs also that high mount stop light you need to check it well.
