Ọmọ if you're banking on what the court says then you supposed to believe in the existence of God/Gods because in all those courts you're quoting they do ask anyone coming to say anything to take an oath in the name of the God they believe which means the courts has confirmed that Gods exist.

The op set out to postulate that the other virgin birth prior to Christianity where the work of Satan. He did not deny the fact that such ideas has existed prior.
Well his argument that Satan was to blame does not hold water. One of the church fathers is on record to have said.

"And when we say also that the Word, who is the first-birth of God, was produced without sexual union, and that He, Jesus Christ, our Teacher, was crucified and died, and rose again, and ascended into heaven, we propound nothing different from what you believe regarding those whom you esteem sons of Jupiter. "
This was attributed to Justin martyer, an early church father..

So he never said anything about Satan stealing the idea from God....
