I fell off the seasonal anime wagon a long time ago. Between new seasons of shows, adaptations of manga I like, and my ever-growing backlog of classics, I don't even try to keep up with the latest "my life as an insert fantasy character archetype here doing random shxt in another world" anime.

Stacked to the roof. I beat my former seasonal anime count record this season, and that's excluding the double cour shows from last season.

Tfw you realise that given Mappa's track record, Chainsaw Man season 2 won't come out before late 2024 or 2025.

The World Building in this show is legendary...

Has to be one of the best in fiction...
Even the timeline of events from the history of the Earth and nuclear wars and governments to how humanity started exploring and migrating to space...

And all the politics and policies from different colonies and their rules...

Even all the different human calendars, from AD on earth to the Space calendar...and even the Imperial Calendar used in the Galactic Empire...

Whoever wrote this story...I off hat for am...wtf

Definitely one of the best written shows of all time...
And I'm not even halfway through yet

Any time I type up a review of some obscure manga title that I take the time to edit and lay out my points, my posts get deleted and I get banned.

So I end up just posting memes and jokes about the hornyposting on this thread.

one thing that makes me really excited about Fate Strange Fake is the fact that it was written by Rhyogo Narita. if you're not famillar with the name, then he is the guy behind Baccano and Durarara!!!. if you've watched any of these, then you know he can create multiple characters, with each of them being well developed. the case is simillar to whis oter works which are yet to be animated (Vamp! and Etsusa bridge, i suggest you check out their light novels)

I love Baccano sooo much. It still boggles my mine what that anime managed to achieve in 12 episodes especially considering that the pilot episode didn't really count.
