Well, I believe that certificate issue is a pre-election matter which’s made clear in the 2022 Electoral act. I stand corrected though.

The intendment of the electoral act is that pre election matters are for aspirants in a party while tribunal is for candidates that lost out

Where did INEC see results it announced? Is it in the constitution that results will be announced after syncronization? Is syncronization in our electioral laws? Is INEC not a case of a child who does not know what to say after he has committed an error? I appreciate your views but I am just concerned about synchnisation as a face cover strategy in Osun Election!

The principal of the school was called in 2018 when the same issue was raised and admitted the error came from him...However, he proved that Adeleke attended and graduated from Ede Muslim grammar school which WAEC also affirmed. The appeal court also ruled in favour of Adeleke in 2019 against APC on the same issue.

With regards to BIVAS report from the server being relied on by APC, do you know the alledged over voting happened in 1750 polling units but APC deliberately ignored the 1000 polling units that is against them and focus on 750 polling units across 10 local government where they lost?

It's sad that the general election would have been concluded before the determination of that case by the SC. So sad!

. Before May 29 issues relating to presidential elections must have been decided at the SC. Input from the Osun election matters will be applied in the presidential election. I hope that isssues relating to Gubernatorial and legislative elections will be resolved by July. Osun election matters will good precedences then!

I have over-flogged this issue in the past yet ejimatic and garfield1 are hopeful......

The case of apc is hinged on two prayers,over voting and presentation of forged documents...

1) evidences before the courts showed that there were discrepancies in the accreditation data.inec gave two different bvas report to apc and pdp and both contained over voting.pdp even denied inec bvas reports at a point and agreed that there was over voting.even inec agreed there was over voting.but the question to what extent? Terms like synchronization of data are clearly illegal and alien to the electoral act.

2) on forgery,adeleke presented a testimonial which he claimed was issued in 1988 bearing osun state when osun was created in 1991.how come? Section 178 clearly states that a candidate will be disq once he presents a forged certificate.again,the apex court said it must not be any kind of forgery but must have been done in aid of his qulaification. That is without it,he wouldn't be qualified and it must be tied to the qualification criteria.it is clear that adeleke forged documents and lied on oath see seleiletimibi vs dide per galadima supra..

In summary,the first prayer is 50 50 but he will lose based on forgery.

. The case I heard was a case of impersonation of Adeleke by a boy student writing his exam at Alayunre.It was Tinubu that waded into the after the plea of Tunji Adeleke after Oyetola won at the SC.. This xaes at the Tribunal is on the source of the Certificate Adeleke who uses a WAEaC certificate when WAEC does issue a certicate for an F9 all round result.Adiyionally Adeleke used a questionabke degree certificate.Peoe all over in Osun even Ede people know that Adeleke is parading questionable results

No. This time it is the Testimonial. Res Judicata should not avail him considering thatThe Petitioner was not party to the previous proceedings on cert forgery. In any event, the EA empowers the Tribunal to take judicial notice of the fact of history that Osun State was established in year XYZ while the testimonial he presented to INEC bore an earlier date. Adeleke is a goner on that note. I will be surprised if the Tribunal rules differently. His Lawyers had no answer to that.

You are right. I can see that his lawyers were silent on the issue of fake testimonial. Unless the tribunal rules that the testimonial is not part of the qualifications for that electoral position, he will found ineligible on that basis of forgery.

If APC win Osun through the courts una go give Tinubu serious mouth.....

They should just focus on the 25 Feb election

Two Divisions of the Court of Appeal have tackled that issue... It will come to nought.

The BVS saga is easier to handle than the Certificate issue sef.

I dont really know if the court accept the forgery scandal.

Adeleke gulf again about the descripancies of his certificate. If that case remove Adeleke as Governor of osun his people and reasonable pdp members will never forgive him forever.
