A typically dumb and deluded act of empty pride by yet another ignorant Nigerian. Nigeria has high moral standards? That's what ignorant fools say when they don't understand that morality means far more than sexual conduct. Corruption and embezzlement of public funds is immoral, banditry, cults and unknown gun men is immoral, agbayas sleeping with little girls is immoral. All of these things are actually immoral and they're actually destroying people's lives as opposed to the depiction of a nude scene in a movie that nobody is forcing you to watch. Looky: 5 Likes |

Guy no blame Netflix. Nigerians want such. On Nairaland the topics that get the most views quickly are porn or sex related. I personally refused to watch Anikulapo ; why? Because of the nudity not that i don't like to see it or ...but when the producer said it was a fake breast. I was like WTF!! i believe na lie but i dont care. Anikulapo had a huge viewing on Netflix . It was a hit. What the viewers want |

olayinks007:. Reality? B4 immodest dresses became reality, the entertainment industry were promoting it. B4 hard drugs like india hemp became popular, they were promoting it. If you are a christian, you will promote godly values no matter what. Satan is usi g that industry to capture and enslave people. |

Mad people... A foolish senator will stand in senate and say ban bbnija but this bastards can spend millions on small small girls in luxury hotels just to play with them... gashiwalesman: Bad leaders are members of a society. Bad leaders emanate from bad up bringing. Families and communities has the highest contribution for raising bad children or good children. Nigeria did not import leaders rather Nigeria raised leaders., therefore, our current bad leaders are consequences of the failures of our parents and communities. In igbo language, there is a saying that if things starts going 'right' today, it has started early. One of the biggest problems of this country NIGERIA is that people derives joy from stupidty, for example, people will choose to defend wrongs and foolishness without any reason. For that fact that a persons life went badly as a result of the bad society, it is not a justification for supporting EVIL |

icarealot: Ok noted. But you should also know that Netflix influences the content of movies that it promotes. It is a fact the producers sign contracts with Netflix to have their movie on the platform and atimes Netflix's preferences can impact the producer's output. |

Nollywood has lost its flavor...they have nothing to show that's why they've resorted to showing sex scenes up and down. In the late 90s and early 2000s during the era of Video Cassettes my mom then would rent like 2-3 movies per day, we'll watch it in the evening when she gets home. Those where the days of movies like Last burial, Ijele, Isakaba, after the school hours (Sam loco) carshika, last prophet destroyers (that was where I knew Zack Orji)...etc. We would be up watching Nollywood movies till late in the night. Today, producers lack the creativity to write great story lines, so they replace their incompetence with nudity since they're aware of how immorality has eaten deep into this generation. cc: Nazgul 3 Likes |

Nairaland is now full of online judges and if u meet them in real-life they have bad morals. A movie that was rated 18 and spoke about brothels and prostitutes(yet to see the movie though). What do u expect. The world is moving on learn to move with it or go back to using chewing sticks and breaking kola 2 Likes |

Looky: Do younony noticed it's dropped when watching movies? What about when you see all the yahoo boys, hook up becoming a profession and the incessant killing that goes unchecked daily? Come out at night to dark spots in Lagos and Abuja and see under 18 girls forcing themselves on highest bidders . Your society had already dropped into an unimaginable level. What you see in the movies is just a reflection of what's actually happening in real life. |

Hmmmm You say, reality? If they can have live sex why not real death? Let's not try to condone evil in the name of advancement and modernity. We know what nudity is, don't try to make it real just like you wouldn't do with death. olayinks007: |
