Re: Nudity As A Netflix Programming Norm In Nigeria by Nobody: 2:28pm On Jan 22, 2023
This shouldn't be a subject of conversation.

If you're not comfortable with the nudity contents exhibited by Netflix in their motion pictures, restrict yourself and your family from watching. There's a reason we live in a liberal and free society. You, just like everyone else, has the liberty of choices.

Don't project your stringent and sanctimonious extremities on the collective sensibilities of others. Unlike the LGBTQ+ society, Netflix has not in anyway mandated anybody to buy into their concepts.

Netflix have been trying to push their subltle nudity agenda into the Nigerian psyche through the movie industry.A time will come when everyone will see a naked actress in a movie as a normal thing.
Look at Anikulapo and the recent one starring Nancy Isime.Actresses can go to any length to get a lead role in a movie which includes going naked on set. What is happening to our high moral standard I Nigeria.
Is Netflix gradually eroding our culture.
Y'all always look for something to complain about. How many netflix nigerian movies have nudity? And for your information Nancy was not naked it was a body double.

what moral standard?
Is it not the same Nigeria that people are having sèx parties in the universities?
Is it not the same Nigeria a good percentage of our girls are into runz?

Is it not the same Nigeria that you see prostitutes walking around in the open at night?

Don't come here to form morally upright...
Nigerians are hypocrites...

They do rubbish then come online to spew trash about morality...same way they fake themselves in churches and mosques

The show you're even talking about is meant to give a message against crime and prostitution ring in Nigerian localities...

How will they give this message without showing it?

You very correct.

The truth is that a man does not need to see a woman naked just to have erection in fact nudity takes away the apatite for sex sometimes because sex is made to be imagined first. So rampant nodity kills the urge.

When women use to cover from head to toe plus having multiple layers of covering, men still do everything possible just to have them.

In fact women of those days usually make 8 babies and above and most case impregnated by a single man which is to say that the man still enjoys the woman even after she has made plenty babies.

Today, men hardly stay with one woman for 1 year without sleeping with another because the key to intimacy is getting lost.

We will always want to deceive ours selves by claiming it is modernity and enlightenment but alas, humans are trying to destroy the secret to human existence out of foolishness.

LoudlyMouthed:
The 🔞 scene may not be actually what's happening on set, as there r video editing software for such effects.

However, doesn't rule out the fact that she played a n*Ked role - v.shameless trend among so called stars that younger girls are looking up to as mentors.

You know the world is now digressing twrds empty love in relationships, absurd and demonic lust for popularity, money and fun.

Beautiful looking woman gets exploited by the greedy husband. She therefore raise lesbians, rude and feminist daughters whole hv sugar and "babyfathers", as long as the money keeps coming, she n kids r settled with business on Instagram & Dubai.

Many women back then used to train their kids to become a better person evn as they're experiencing many bad things in their marriage.

Go and watch the recent 'shanty town'. It's Isime again.

Her clothes were pulled off but she claimed it was a body double. Either way, won't the movie be interesting if you don't go nude?

I couldn't show the boobs part to prevent ban.
maybe if you watched the series, you would understand the message it was passing across against crime and prostitution rings in Nigerian localities...

How do you pass this message across without showing it?

OP. Netflix is just a streaming service, they don’t produce the movies. Get your facts right and blame the right people.

And truly, they're gradually bringing in NSFW Pictures/ Clips into everything - Cartoon, Films, Series..

Imagine LGBT Characters inside your child's cartoon on Cable TV while you're out at work

Or scenes of cartoon parents telling their kids to go ahead with such relationships

I said the same thing when I watched an animation movie which clearly they are trying to normalise gay. Parents now a days have a lot of work to do!

They are gradually promoting nudity and homosexualities to become a norm in Africa....

Simple reason people like James brown and bobrisky are stickingly rich to encourage others to join them....

Most of their income is inflow from abroad...
Sad reality.

Netflix should be the least of your worries. Start with the home videos that saturates our homes and aired at our TV stations. Netflix is above your outcry here. Target the producers if you care enough. Netflix is a distributor of HD films. Most nudes in movies ain’t real with the main character. It’s called body double. It’s all fiction. There’s no internet user that doesn’t know a site for porn movies. Does Netflix buy or distribute those ones? Please, there're more troubling issues in Nigeria and Netflix is no issue here. You didn’t say anything about BBTitian that is under our nose. You’ve forgotten that most of these films are age censored. PG should be applied by you as a parent.

It's just a movie. Nancy and others were just playing their respective roles, and they did a great job.
You guys should be more concerned about what's happening in reality than losing sleep over cinematics. More than what y'all saw in that movie happens on a daily in nigeria. Focus on that!

Hypocrisy is knowing but choosing to talk ignorance while stupidity is not knowing but claiming to know.

Nudity is not new and nobody is having sleepless night over nudity.

But in every country there are bans against public nudity that is why it is a crime to have sex in the public any where in the world.

Now, the problem here is that movie producers are cripting in nudity in un expected places.

At least, people should search for nudes when they wish to and not making nude seance in every movie no matter the title.

It is just like unwanted 'ads' forcing u 9ver things even when u are in a different mood
