Penis Captivus occurs where the Penis is full of blood and the Vagina gets aroused and narrows the walls inside.
The Penis is supposed to deflate with a change of emotion, the same with the walls of the vagina. For them to have shouted and panicked and called a neighbour we are looking at maybe 30mins.
