People with families live just fine on 200k salaries (depending on what part of Lagos). 1m monthly is enough to feed some streets in this same Lagos.

just got word today one my guy just relocated to the east , Sapa has chased baba away so yes , Lagos is not for the weak.

You don't need a monthly salary to survive in Lagos unless it's in 500k and above. What you need is weekly or daily income

From page 1 to page 2, none of these guys are even earning close to 250k and they have the audacity to be calling millions

Considering the salary alone is fulfilling one part of the equation. You need to consider your expenses which are largely dependent on your lifestyle.

Any advice here is based on that individual's own lifestyle (expenses) which are largely probable to be different from yours. Roll your sleeve and do the maths yourself.
