Nigeria did a lot for SA during apartheid, instead of reciprocating such gesture, they became xenophobic towards us. While they keep adorning those who were never kind to them in their trying days, our own gain is identity profiling and xenophobia. SAns will always stand by their own irrespective, I like them, it is a sign of strength.

Nigeria in our usual “wokeness” and being “open minded” will reprimand our own, throw them under the bus so we could look different. You want to be liberal to an extremely conservative group, they see us as Nigerians while we see them as Africans, we see them as being part of us but they careless about our existence.
