I think with you the word propaganda has lost its meaning. It's not propaganda to move about telling people your plans but I think it's a propaganda to refuse to engage the people you want to serve. It's a propaganda to call yourself owner of Lagos and that you built Lagos which was Nigeria capital for about 70yrs.
