Nice one but the red peppers is too much which make it look like normal fried stew.

Thank you. But you know we have 2types so I didn't use much unripe pepper for this one.

You say this is for 25 people and then you show me a big pan filled with what looks like scotch bonnets and another filled with other peppers but how do I know the exact measure of each to use? undecided

How many bell peppers? How many Scott bonnets? Tomatoes? Abeg, how many tablespoons or teaspoons or cups of whatever else went into that ? How much is a serving? A cup? 2 cups or two scoops? undecided
