I think it is unfair for anybody to boast that he is the person that made Buhari president.It is true that Nigerians are disappointed in this administration but of a truth Buhari had zero tolerance of corruption when he was a military head of state.

I believed that Buhari had the brightest opportunity in 2015 , I know that Tinubu, Obasanjo even Atiku and other governors in the north under PDP but were secretly supporting Buhari. Nigerians have something good to talk about Buhari in 2015.

Some of these presidential aspirants ,marketing and sell them to the electorates are extremely difficult , even some party members do not want to associate or identify some of them.

It is true that with money voters can be lured to vote for a particular candidate but past record, character, capacity, integrity still speak.

What projected Buhari in 2015 was his zero tolerance to corruption. What is it that can be said about some of this aspirants.

They are not marketable yet they want Nigerians to buy them.

He had good records but couldn’t win three good times?

He won because they supported him. He won because Jonathan was really messing up at that time and was acting like he didn’t know what to do to hold the country again.

He won because Jonathan was tired.

Buhari won because people that mattered sabotaged Jonathan. Gej could has still won even with all the aforementioned. But he lost because he was seriously sabotaged and Tinubu pulled his weight on Buhari. But for Tinubu, Buhari would have lost in the primaries.

Most of you don’t know what you say sometimes. Yes his statues worked for him but he had other bad status that propaganda and news media covered up. Part was his health status(he was always in sweater under all his long Kaftan during the campaigns and even at some points he fell on the stage)and his bad leadership style while he was first ruled as a military president.

People were also tired of Gej and PDP And wanted a change. All those factors worked for him. Not good records anywhere brought him in.

Even Fani kayode, if had such rally-around and support he would win Gej.

Buhari was only introduce to evict Jonathan.

The agreement was that Jonathan will complete yaraduas tenure and do one term then hand over to the north.

His problem started when he decided to come back.

Buhari never had any good records during his army regime and to think of being a person to militarily over throw a democratically elected president through coup discredits him from any form of positive posterity.

He has been a colossal failure right from the beginning

Jonathan should have fought it, his regions has the oil that supplies the money we use to run government, how can other regions that don't contribute much to the national purse dictate how long he will serve.

I agree to some large extent that Buhari was supported to remove Goodluck Jonathan from the office.My argument is that Buhari was popular in Nigeria especially in the north because of his zero tolerance to corruption. He did not win because of the support of one person.


People had good story to tell about Buhari but some of the these aspirants contesting now have serious issues with their character and personal profiles.

I don't think that Buhari is proud of Tinubu, Buhari is not all that serious with his campaign.
