A lot of people under rate the labour presidential candidate and his running mate. But I see the most perfect combination in the history of political calculation.

Obi is viewed as coming from a minority group. A group this not worthy of leading Nigeria irrespective of his qualifications and capacity.

His demography puts him behind the other aspirants who are viewed to come from the political power blocks of the nation. Their lack of capacity, qualifications and corrupt past not withstanding, they seem more favoured than Obi in the mind of a few who believe in cutting corners to glory.

Obi tried to partner with Kwankwaso who is seen to come from one of the power bloc of the nation to improve his chances at the presidency. But the arrogance of the power bloc superiority complex could not allow Kwankwaso to join forces with Obi.

Obi had to go for the minority group in the North who has no hope of getting close to the power bloc of the nation in the next 500 years (the Hausas).

By the structure of Nigerian power sharing formula. This is the only chance an Hausa man will get to getting close to aso rock. The Fulani can't allow them be presidential candidate of any party. The South can't allow them to be the vice president of any party in order to get Muslim and Fulani votes.

If the Hausas miss this opportunity. It's been for them. If they get it right with Obi. Not only would they have made history. They may have smuggled themselves into the power sharing formula of the nation.

Hausa this is your time. What you do with it, will determine your future.

The real support base of Obi in the North are the Hausas not the Fulani.
