The only issue I have with this coming Election is the CJN (Chief Justice of Nigeria)

Ever since his ascension and appointment was approved, I have not been comfortable.

*Labour party has to win this election with a clear victory or else the supreme court will want to upturn it*

His becoming the CJN has serious political undertone and calculations.

What I want to understand is that, out of the three judges, how come only two are in favour of the judgement? Why is the judgement not unanimous, since all the facts are available to all three judges?
