Even the 2006 and 2010 acts states the same thing.overvoting means there was no valid election at all so it will be discountenanced.if election didnt take place or it took place but was never concluded,a rerun will suffice if it will make a difference

Yes.the appeal and supreme courts each have 60 days each from today to rule

BVAS is to 1st clear voters before voting. If the number of voters are more than accredited numbers, that is fraud.
