The Tribunal cannot cancel 749 Polling Units where PDP won and then declare a winner. It’s impossible and won’t stand. Adeleke will surely win on appeal and the Supreme Court. We must bring sense back to the Legal system. Re-run is the worst case here if you cancel 749 PUs
Because that is the place APC complained about not about where APC won.

PDP really messed up for that Osun election... When they have big chance of winning, Osun is already tired of APC methods. Why over voting when u know that there is BVAS?
exactly they should have calm down and allow d real votes to count.

The needful is to sack adeleke for rigging. The BVAS exposed him

You are late to the discussion. It is the new electoral law in place. If it was the old electoral law inec would be told to rerun elections in the over 700 PUs. However the new law says those PUs will be cancelled which is what the Tribunal followed.

Inec admitted overvoting i.e. bvas data is less than total votes counted for those PUs....Na inec dey do dancing governor o......APC go show Lasun shege...cos na Lasun leave APC go LP go PDP grin grin grin

there is a loophole already. The judge intentionally brought it out himself by raising the register used for the said overvoting

They are preparing a way for vote stuffing next month. By adding votes that were outside BVAS, the organized crime syndicate is trying to make BVAS useless so that their plan of ditching the technology would be legalized.

It will not work.

The lawful votes were the ones casted by accredited voters with BVAS technology.

There's nothing this organized crime gang can do at this time. Nigeria has moved on from ballot stuffing with bogus votes from the house of political crime family.
Why this level of hatred? Why are you so pained? You think the tribunal judges are stupid and would want to play with their integrity? Do you have access to the documents presented? Why are you stressing yourself over issues that are beyond you?
Re: Tribunal Judgement: Adeleke Rejects Tribunal Verdict, Heads To Appeal Court by Raph82(m): 1:48pm On Jan 27, 2023
Case closed. If INEC could admit over voting in many PUs at the court of law, then PDP has totally lost it, even to the Supreme Court level.

Why was there over voting?
That’s why we need to see the judgement .. of the tribunal.

Till then we focus on recovery and not fallacies ..

Whichever way.. Tinubu is only buying time .. for his defeat

Once over voting is established, the 2022 Electoral Law says it should be cancelled and not rerun.
