But honestly, INEC did not do a good job. The general election will be contentious if they do the same thing. They talked about synchronization of BVAS etc what of areas with bad network?

There are over-votings and it’s evidenced in both Ede north and south results. Where PDP even have more votes than olorunda(one of Osogbo’s LGA). Not to even talk about Ilesha and ife who has more population than the same Ede. That’s if you know Osun state geographics very well.
It’s as good as saying PDP won in both Kosofe and Alimosho local govt. And the result from kosofe was huge than that of Alimosho.
I have since know it will come to this. Well good luck to him in the appeal court anyway.

Now they have cancelled those places leaving them to places they will be dragging votes with Apc and places where Apc won.

Oyetola from 375k to 314k.
Adeleke from 413k to 295k.

There were more overvoting on Adeleke side.
Very evident from Ede and Ikire results.

They were dumb.

INEC officials would tell you at the polling center that if there is

So Atiku will manipulate supreme Court if he win. APC challenge the result on a formidable ground. Both PDP lawyer and that of INEC agreed that there is over voting.

And the 2022 Electoral Law says where over voting is established in a polling unit, such should be cancelled.

We all, including the APC and PDP lawyers saw the over voting and it was cancelled. It's unfortunate that the over voting took place in the strongholds of the PDP candidate.

Even PDP lawyers saw the over voting and they couldn't challenge it. You know figures are factual.

Recall in 2003 presidential election, our highly referred Holy Angel Baba Obasanjo in his bid to return to power by force masterminded over voting in Ogun State to the extent that the votes were more than the registered voters in the state.

The Tribunal was overwhelmed to the point that about 65% of the polling units in the state recorded over voting. Buhari challenged him at the tribunal and the Tribunal cancelled Ogun State presidential results and it was deducted from the total results. It affected all the contestants.

So, it's not new. Adeleke himself knew that there were over voting in his strongholds. The new electoral law doesn't allow for rerun in such polling unit (s) but outright cancellation which is unfortunate for PDP.

So, even if Atiku win, he cannot change the law.

Lastly, don't forget that Tribunal is part of Electoral Process. Victory is not complete until all the processes are completed including Court/Tribunal.

While PDP was jubilating everywhere, APC was busy studying the results.
