Why did they rush and produce the BVAS-Report at that time the APC requested for it,, whereas they knew that it had not completely “SYNCHRONISED”.??

Why wouldn't they tell the APC to wait for a week or two, so that the “Synchronisation” can be completed.??

Even the synchronized BVAS results show over voting

INEC has said they will not appeal the judgement. BVAS report were issued to APC at instance of Tribunal directive so the second BVAS report has become after thought. INEC explanation on synchronise BVAS sounds funny because the election results were declared based on the one issued to APC and not on synchronised one as claimed.

INEC has accepted that APC won, there is no way PDP can win again. It's obvious PDP rigged, APC also rigged, but PDP did not explore to bring out APC rigging, and PDP cannot bring that out again because it was not in the original summon.

The "New Electoral Law" stipulated that, anywhere that is Over Voting; be it Ward (s) or Polling Unit, such Election area will be cancelled totally and call for re-run Election.

Now, it is unlawful for the Tribunal to cancel 749 Polling Units where PDP won and then declared a winner. It’s impossible and won’t stand.

Adeleke will surely win on appeal and the Supreme Court too.

We need to bring sense back to the Legal system.

Hence, Re-run is the worst case here if you cancelled 749 Polling Units.
