Mother's breast milk should suffice for them till 5 weeks.

Never give them baby milk formula. It is not good for dogs

Do you mean cooked egg or raw ? Someone once told me that egg is not good for dogs

Don't mind that advice.

They are almost four weeks, matter of fact, breastmilk will never be sufficient for them, given their quantity.

In my own cases, I introduce SMA GOLD to them at day 2. But there are also milk replacer for puppies, like Esbilac. I feed them with feeding bottle.

Then when my puppies are 2weeks, I introduce fluids like golden morn, custard.... Given with eggs and baby food.
Then at four weeks, I get them dry food, which I soak in milk and egg.
That's how your puppies will come out well.
