Hello guys, please I need advice of those in Abuja.

I have a business of my own which I can do anywhere, I consistently make good cash monthly

I want to relocate to Abuja to further my other plans.

I need advice on the following;

1. Where to get a room & parlour of 500k to 700k.

2. General advice for me as a new comer in Abuja.

You can't get one bedroom flat for N400 in Abuja. You can't even get 1 bedroom for N300 in Niger and Nasarawa state

Housing prices in Abuja are hardly in this price range you state. Maybe places like Mararaba or Suleja which are not in Abuja but are very close.

You might get such prices in Dutse but certainly not Apo, Lubge or Gwarinmpa.

I let out a self contain in Wuye, I charge N490k and I want to increase it to N600k this year.

I am into footwear making.

I make the footwear from my house, however my office is my social media page.

I am based in Lagos so I target customers living in high brow areas. I sell one shoe as much as 50k.

Just 10 orders in a month is enough to settle all my bills

With N500k I can set up the Same system for you within 4 months.

Nope. Room and parlour in Wuye starts from around N800k. In Apo it's about N1.2m.
