The heart of the average Nigerian is black. Blacker than soot. We are the cause of our problems and that's why no policy seems to work. We have this inbuilt mechanism to cheat, steal, to take undue advantage and those who don't are those who haven't found themselves in the opportunity to.
yeah that’s the nature of the average Blackman, simply we have a destructive spirit..

clowns!!

They should first arrest Buhari the incompetent fool and his Abobaku called Emefiele (the worst CBN governor in Nigeria's history)

President Muhammadu Buhari is not an "incompetent fool"! He's the President and C-in-C of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Only in Igboland can a fool be president.

What are their names?
Which bank manager/staff gave them the huge sums they sold?
Until the govt gets serious about making scapegoat of the sindicares and the affiliate bank, the corruption will continue.

Some politicians took huge sums of the old ntes to the bank and gave managers large commission for the exchange.

U see, everyone human beings have tendency to do more than atrocities u mentioned above, but the different btw other society and ours is that, the government is up to the task and quickly checkmate perpetrator to serve as deterrent.

If Nigeria govt from local to federal can be cleaned and start deal with whoever violates rule and regulations, surely Nigeria would back to normal and starts working the way other societies are working

As usual, we are not serious in this country.

This thing is pretty easy to stamp out. Just get plain clothes DSS and police to show up at the popular event centers in the biggest cities of Nigeria and arrest all the hawkers peddling new notes there and interrogate them to find the source and then go to the banks and arrest their suppliers, who I suspect will typically be the Head of Operation and/or Branch Manager as these are the ones with the vault key.

Bu the time this goes on aggressively for like 3-6 months, the sale of new notes at these places will fizzle away.

Another step will be to have plain clothes officers in the halls as well, to stop this practice of spraying money.
