How did this happen? This boy was recorded on camera threatening and sexually assaulting a girl.

Could it be the girl failed to give evidence or she decided not to continue the case?

In Principle,Legal System in Britain and US is very different, in US you are guilty of a crime when suspected until you prove your innocence while in Britain you remain a suspect and l until proven guilty. But recent happenings has not been very convincing it's like that, does the level of crime change these narratives? maybe someone more vast in law can help school me, congratulations to Greenwood, he was a Foden type of guy even better but this case brought him down.
