I doubt any group in the Nigerian army understands what discipline really means. They have shown to have no sense on all levels and the bosses are the motivation behind this.

Why should the school allow outsiders to come inside their campus to withdraw money? They should put an end to it. ATMs in campuses are meant for students and staff of the schools. Say no to army brutality.
