How could you hire Graham Potter, a mid-to-lower-table Manager, whose best career height was manager of lowly Brighton, and expect wonderful results?

Would equally big clubs, such as Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City hire managers in the mold of Sam Alardyce, Sean Dyche, Tony Pulis, Alan Pardew, Steve Cooper, etc, etc, and win anything or play beautiful football?

At least Sam Allardyce has a solid reputation of bailing clubs out of the relegation zone, if ever called upon. He's a certified specialist in that field..

No one can say for certain, where and how Graham Potter can ever be useful as a coach. He begins a match with a formation and 10 minutes into that match, you're at a loss as to what his strategy is. Then he just stands by the touchline and stares blankly into space like he's lost.

One begins to wonder what he says during half time pep talks in the dressing room...

These managers you mentioned have more experience than arteta, is he not playing beautiful football and a FA cup trophy to boot?
