So if you have a sick child and you embark on every legal and illegal means to save your child, unfortunately you were arrested. Should your child be under trial with you.

That guy isn’t the one on trial—the 3 Ekweremadus and the doctor are. The authorities found his story credible but didn’t find any credibility in the other stories so if the authorities believe the story against one over the story of 4, the evidence the authorities have must be strong.

I understand you but that is not a child, that is woman already halfway to her fifties. It’s seems you do not understand how serious a body part is and how grievous a crime we are talking about here. Why couldn’t Sonia wait her place in line like the patients that have been on the transplant list years before she got sick or get a kidney from a family member?
In the Western world, buying an organ and paying a donor is a serious crime.
