Like the screenshot below where the ehailing price is 4600, rider put 4600, a driver reduced the price to 4400 in the name of competition.

4400 is even better. Some will go as low as 3800, 3600....because of competition. So annoying. When I start seeing bids like that, I just cancel.

Modern laptops don't come with CD/DVD rom. It's that simple.

Most software and movies are gotten electronically, thus there is no much need for that specification.

HDMI is just you looking for what is not lost. My two laptops have HDMI yet I have never used it for once for anything. That feature isn't too important for someone that's not a game freak.

Hdmi ports are also used for numerous other purposes apart from gaming.

Display extensions
Presentations
Screen Casting
etc
It can also be a saving grace to someone whose screen has an issue like when it gets broken or stops displaying, you can then switch to the hdmi port to at least view what you’re working on and save your work.

You are the exact type of user your laptop was designed for that is why you haven’t had any use for your hdmi ports yet. I’m still yet to see any ‘modern television/display’ that doesn’t come with a hdmi port as standard, so why do you feel it’s now useless to most laptop users?

@bolded ha! very wrong assertion. If you're the type that has to do presentations and connect to projectors almost everyday you will understand the importance of HDMI ports

Hi guy's does it make sense to buy a car and give to Uber let them look for a driver for it and I just collect my weekly share?
I have a very good friend who needs an HP deal, incase you would like to do man-to-man business, and not man-to-uber. smiley
If this can fly, I can share my contact so that we talk better.
This my friend is a neighbor, and a very reliable guy.

Well this was a good day if u ask me but that's d problem with Indrive, No guarantees, and your destiny is not in your hands. Someone else could have made just 5k in the same space of time u made 14k. It's d lack of assurance that I will meet my target if I put in d hours that I dont like about Indrive. But today was a good day...try again tomorrow, be persistent, don't give up easily. Good luck.

By the way, where is Aree street that u did 8k to Illupeju?

New Road area. Adjacent to agungi and chevron

Lucky I did 1million naira in 2months. But Bearly have up to100k in my account.

After doing my calculations. I realised bolt has take 206,246 naira as commission
254,500 naira as car repairs
12,000 naira as data for 2 months
7,600 naira loss to fake transfer.

Ie, with miscellaneous expense, total expenses is going to 500k.

The remain 500k. I cannot really give account to how it remains 100k.

Seem feeding also takes alot from me. Let's watch how we spend on food.

Note: I only worked 14days in December and 26 days in January

May God bless our work in This February. I'm still search for a facility Manager job. Pls link me if you have any

Competing to get a trip on indriver is too high. And it takes luck and proximity for the rider to accept you.

Imagine the waiting time before you get another trip. Since I dropped my 2nd rider in vi at 8:15am. I competed for 3hrs 23mins before I got the 3rd rider.

Im heading home, only 3trips N14k5 gross since 5:30am, I don't have to strength to park and stay under sun.

I just missed bolt back2back If not i for don cross 20k
Firstly, I will start with your 14.5k gross; with this gross, you have 10k net with just 3 trips. If you asked me, I would say it's cool profit on just 3 trips.
Now, to the main point; indrive won't guarantee you the rush trips you enjoy on bolt, that's if the rush trips is your pleasure and not how much you make with fewer trips.
Make I tell you the scope of indrive:
1) don't expect rush trips - you will be fine.
2) always set daily target.
Na these 2 above I dey take run indrive.
On indrive, you could only do just 5 trips and you would beat your daily target, and bolt drivers fit mock you say you only did 5 trips where dem Don hit 10 trips, but that's not the point to brag about. What's of major importance is hitting your DAILY target.
Make I use my own case as an example;
On days like Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, my target is always 25k gross. Many times, I hit more than that even before 8pm and I go home straight (mind you, I set out anything from 10am), I can't do this early wake up you people dey do. Inside life. grin
You see Friday/Saturday/Sunday, my target is always 35k, and many times, I make more than that, especially on Sundays.
Now, you will see that I won't get frustrated that I didn't make more than my target, because I already understand how indrive operates and I know my way around it.
If you set a target of 30k gross on a day's work, you will hit it.
As you made 14.5k that time, if your target was 30k, you will meet up. The secret; you will work till late night (like 11pm).
I used to complain about indrive, but I took my time to study it on my own. It's no magic, once you know all the locations on both mainland and island, you will have the edge on getting good orders. I guess you don't get good orders because you dey slow to pick. Well, I no talk say na so e be, but my experience on indrive taught me that.
I know say you be legend here, which knowing locations won't be a thing at all, but you probably too dey slow to pick rides. Abi you dey propose higher price ni? grin
Btw, sometimes, I spend 1 hr at a spot without getting orders, the reason has always been that because I see good orders but destinations would be a place I wouldn't want to go at that time of waiting and filtering some mumu fare prices that pop up like say dem dey wait for you. grin
There's no way you would wait 30mins without getting close-by orders, na we the drivers dey choose where we want to go.
Mind you, I know how bolt works and so indrive, I choose indrive over bolt 10x.
Yesterday, I did just 6 trips to gross that amount below, and check the time of my last trip. As I dropped the rider (just 24mins drive, cos I took International Airport to link to Ajao estate), I closed work and went home straight. If I wanted to gross 40k yesterday, I would easily have done that and close by 11pm, maybe. More and more like that.
The simple truth is that, as pearl advised, keep running indrive cruise, you will see that you're improving on it and getting the scope.
By the way, we (the indrive pilots) need more passengers, cos drivers don dey abandon bolt like this. grin
Much respect, legend.

I still dey wonder how many drivers wake as early as 5am to hustle. lipsrsealed
When I started new, I did it like twice and I wouldn't say I enjoyed it. E no work with my spirit at all.
That time na when sleep start dey sweet my belle. grin
Those who wake by that time are drivers who always gross 50k upward on daily.
Now imagine such drivers come dey settle for 25k gross on indrive, dem go get annoyed. grin
I have said it before, if you be bolt driver who gross 40k minimum on a daily, you would hate indrive, cos 40k on normal day ain't guaranteed on indrive at all.
Na lazy drivers like us this indrive fit well well.
Now, the picture is clear. cool

Please help. My driver was getting bolt bonus last year up till December. Since this year bolt has stop given him bonuses and it is affecting him considering bolt high commission of 27 percent. What can he do. I saw his driver score is 81 and activity score 75. Could it be the reason. Thanks.

27 % commission is utmost slavery if the tool (car) to do the work is not provided by the company ,hope they factor in cost of vehicle maintenance.only God know how bolt drivers break even with inflation and fuel scarcity.na wa

Not correct.
Bolt commission still stands at 20%
Booking Fees; 3 - 5% goes to LASG
Bolt deducts 25% from your earnings.
So technically u can say Bolt commission is 25%

Funny people don't announce good news. Bolt Increased price and nobody said anything.
Apparently, the saying that "bad news is good news and good news is no news" is still valid till tomorrow.

it’s a simple arithmetic. Make ur balance be zero. Do one trip and check how much u owe bolt. My driver have done it over and over. Don’t worry I’ll ask him to send a screen shot. Bolt commission is 27 percent. It’s so simple that everyone here can confirm by them self. When he went to bolt office. They told him it’s 25 percent that the 2 percent is taken from d rider to the driver. That the 2 percent is for govt. so if rider give u 5k. Know that bolt has 25% and Govt has 2% from that 5k.

Bolt can never be straightforward, even when they give you their so called bonus they will always immersed it with controversy and mago mago.
At the end of every trip on Uber they will do the calculations by themselves and you what you made from the trip and know who to balance each other, but bolt will be doing nyama nyama so they can be playing dirty as they like.

Whether 25% or 27%, wetin I know be say bolt commission too high.
Another thing na when passengers cancel, na you go still suffer am with your scores.
Na these two aspects be the major thorn in drivers garri.
Even, this indrive wey some of us dey praise for now, dem fit start their own anytime when they feel they have gained ground properly, cos na so dem dey start. And e sure me say dem self go start one kind thing, but for now, they're good.
If any app F-up, I go abandon am and find the one wey I fit cope with and use.
So simple.
BTW, I noticed that drivers don plenty on indrive, I don dey even see female drivers self.
