On Sunday morning I tried to make a withdrawal with my opay card using a palmpay pos,I was debited but the transaction failed.
Since then I have been trying to get a reversal from Opay to no avail.
I tried contacting them on fb,Instagram,WhatsApp and email,I even copied cbn but uptill now no response.
I have called their customer care countless times but no favourable response.

deal mostly with physical bank...thier support staffs are rral and can phyis ally help u.....

Are banks any different?No be bank own worst.You go fill form and wait until weeks.Still nothing will be done.Opay will resolve it.

Go to google play store and click on opay app.You will see their office address at Ikeja,Lagos.If you don't reside in Lagos ,look for a close relatives to help you.How much is the money?


Besides,it was palmpay that debited you not opay.
