Who go vote for them befor.? If they want to pull out it is welcome. The deadlines will be shifted and both old and new notes will be spent side by side.

It is a botched policy. It is coming at a wrong time. The deadline is stupid for over 200 millions people in a country that has no good network for POS and limited banking services in villages and remote areas. It is just not feasible.
