I have always said it that its the banks that are responsible for this artificial scarcity going on nationwide. The rogue was probably hoping to relinquish the cash to some criminal minded politician in exchange for his cut or supplying same money to those pos agents benefitting from the scarcity. In all Nigerians are the problem of Nigerians.
They should tell us the name of the bank and release the name of the criminal after investigations.

It is the duty of CBN that introduced a policy to ensure its implementation. Also they are the ones in charge of commercial banks.

It happened live at FCMB, Lagos garage, Ijebu-Ode, d CBN visited truly bt they left as quietly as they came. The waiting crowd at d ATM gallery saw it all.
