They will fail. The Cabal should go and ask OBJ how far. Nigerians know their real enemy. It's the Cabal and EMEFIELE the willing tool.

Tinubu is the in-coming President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by God's Grace. Aameen

The Zenith Of Suffering : Nigerians Declare War Against "Sabos" As Emefiele , Zenith Bank Tagged Beelzebub

CBN is going beyond it's functions to swap cash on the streets.

Simply give the money to banks and monitor the flow will save us all these bruhaha!

Nigeria is becoming a place where simple things don't seem to work.

A friend of mine made payment to ICAN district PHC via their zenith bank since 3rd Feb, the money is yet to hit the account, the zenith bank staff are known to be lackadaisical and incompetent , I think its their culture. Emefailure is just mirroring their culture.

Damn!

The government should immediately step in and reduce the sufferings of the people.

More of these new notes should be moved to the rural areas as that's where it is needed most.

For those in urban centers, payments can be made using alternative channels - POS, transfer, Pay with Capture, SquadPOS etc. (I know alot of people will argue that these channels aren't working)..

The banks themselves should support the government by ensuring transparency in their operations. They should ensure that the little notes the Central Bank supply to them are made available to customers who are at the premises to withdraw. All those eye service and premium services they offer pritioty customers should stop. In this scarcity, I have seen instances where millions were shipped to a customer's residence.

Also, we have seen videos of the Joint Task Force bursting into vaults of bank branches to discover millions of naira (both old and new notes) being hoarded.

The banks should know that Nigerians are angry! They should drop that their so-called "professionalism", stop all that their arrogance, and empatize with their customers.

I saw a video of one bank entertaining customers at the ATM queue with Malt and water. I also saw another where they were giving customers umbrella to shield themselves from the scorging sun. Tell me how people will attack you, if they are been treated with empathy.

But you see Zenith bank and GTB.... They have the worst customer service in the Nigerian banking system.

Zenith Bank ATM within their premises will not be dispensing cash during working hours... How?..

In my days in banking, it was a taboo for your ATM not to be dispensing cash even during weekends. We had an ATM monitoring team that will call you out of church service to go and clear a cash jam. Maximum permissible ATM downtime then was 30 minutes. And that's the time allocated for you to load. But Zenith bank ATM will not be paying, and their staff are inside chilling in their mirror plated banking halls.

Zenith Bank staff would treat you like poo.
GTB customer service queue will be long like 3rd mainland bridge, and you'd see the Customer service representative working like one over pampered snail.

Back then when I was in banking, as soon as the queue starts to build up, I will get up from my seat and assist the Tellers/CS guys. But these days, you'll see the BM/ABM punching their phones and making video calls.

In all, all this will pass.

Nigerians are the most patient and resilient people on earth!

Add access bank too, before naira scarcity you hardly see any Access bank ATM work, at least I can vouch for Portharcourt Access bank branches, their ATMs never work, their just dressing mirrors for women.

The banks are fueling this naira scarcity , they are hoarding it for bureau de change operators and their cronies, why CBN is treating the matter like kid gloves is very unfortunate.

One more nigerian who has normalised suffering and who feels his suffering is justified because some politician is being punished. The question some of you can't answer is if let's say Tinubu wants to be punished or prevented from vote buying, are there no other ways to prevent accomplish than throwing the whole country into chaos and suffering?

Answer yourself. If cbn isn't responsible for the scarcity, why is it not sanctioning banks?

It's because we are patient and resili6thats why we tolerate suffering like fools and slaves even when our rights are infringed upon. We even look for reasons to justify our suffering and we want things to get better grin we never see anything

No extension of this policy, it is working already in our polity.

Look at low turnout at Katsina yesterday for APC bc of scarcity of cash to rent crowd.

Let's endure it will reduce vote buying.

We don't want another bullion van to miss it's way to Tinubu's house in this election

It's unfortunate people don't understand the benefits of these policy. For me Emefiele should have printed billions of N100 and N50 note. And peg withdrawal limit to N500,000. 99% of Nigerians don't withdraw anything close to that amount in a day.
Imagine coming to withdraw N500,000 with N50 note

During the account creation process. An OTP is usually sent to your desired phone number.

Someone who has access to your phone must have registered a wallet account without your knowledge.

The money for vote buying will eventually get into the hands of the preferred candidate. So, it's still the same if not worse.

The government will only do things for selfish purpose. They don't have your interest at heart.

Tinubu is the cause of Naira scarcity, he is the one that contacted banks in their Lagos headquarters to tell their managers to hoard the new notes in order to frustrate the policy and force CBN to cancel the deadline. As the self proclaimed landlord of Lagos State, Tinubu must have threatened to chase the bank CEOs out of Lagos State if they failed to comply with him.
