Landlords, due to previous experience avoid renting to some tribe, ethnic groups or race.
Some landlords around Ilupeju only rent to Indians, others avoid Lebanese, others avoid Syrians, others avoid foreigners, others want only their ethnic group, others avoid single people...it all boils down to previous experience
