One key thing I just observed here, the lead judgement was delivered by a Tiv judge. The minority judgement in favour of Adeleke was delivered by an IBO judge. INEC had to look for IBO Lawyer.

If Emefiele had been a Yoruba man he would have been sacked by BUHARI. All the efforts of Elrufai, Bello and the Zamfara are part of APC plans to protect Emefiele and Buhari.

Don't you know it will be a bad precedent for the so called power that be too. The election is not sure for any candidate yet. If the so called power win the presidential election, it will be easier for the opposition to upturn the victory.

The Appeal lacks merit, it was just a face-saving so that PDP would not tagged INEC has been partisan if they didn't appeal, you can see the major determinant factor was the issue iof BVAS that captured over voting, BVAS and server report of which APC relied upon was just like your bank account number and statement of account. Any transactions will automatically be uploaded on your statement and no one can tamper with it

Was there over voting or not? INEC has not said the claims of over voting was wrong.
In as much as I dislike APC, if over voting actually happened in osun, then what is the use of the BVA and why won't it happen during the presidential election in the next two weeks?

They are not even contesting Adeleke's established certificate forgery, which is sufficient ground to disqualify him. Adeleke's gone.

Adeleke is likely to land in jail,we know over voting has sacked him already but you forged certificate which you know and you still have the effontry to knock the court door.

APC is only wasting time and money the judiciary will use them to cash out until they get to supreme court were PDP will eventually win
