Google Centenary City Estate, Enugu. I know a Yoruba man who owns 2 houses there. One is his office another his residence. I will advise you move out of South West.

Enugu was former Capital of Anambra state. The man is married to a Yoruba woman. Many Yourubas are settled here in the South East.
