Shutting down doesn't mean chasing everyone out. It's a pause to academic and part of non academic activities, so as to enable one to either travel to his or her polling station/location or stay back and vote in sch if that's your polling station, without bordering missing out of one lecture or the other.

Now, it's up to you to travel or Not, without undue excuse.

For every reasonable youth now, It's wise you move or stay in the direction of your your polling station.

Pray wisely. Act wisely. Vote wisely.

Don't be a hand that will in anyway, be a finger that will remain this country in shambles.
