But what we have tried to explain without success is that Northerners generally just don't like Atiku. I don't even know the reason. As a Kano resident I have asked several folks . They don't like him and wouldn't vote for him.

Atiku is very overrated in this election.

If it was Kwakwanso that was on that PDP ticket, the North would have been a no go area for Tinubu or any Southerner.

I assume the reason why Northerner don’t collectively rate Atiku was because he doesn’t give that pro-North vibe and most of his comrades are not from the North.

Buhari and Kwakwanso give more pro-North vibes and they appeal more to the masses with their simple outlook to life.

Have you tried reaching out to other northerners apart from those in Kano?
There's nothing coming out from Kano to show enthusiasm for Atiku at the moment.

The elders, the religious leaders, and the ex generals determine the voting pattern of the north.
