Lagos state Government has no power to ban them, Lagos state government will have to go to a court of competent jurisdiction to proscribe or ban NURTW.

They don't have to, Transportation is under state jurisdiction.

INEC should work with the main transport unions in each state. NURTW has been proscribed in Oyo state; what they have is Park Management System. They should be duly informed in order not to cause problem.
