Your budget is tight.
But location would also contribute to the actual cost. swampy lands cost more to build on, so with your kind of budget building on dry land is best.
Design would also contribute to the cost, size of the rooms and level of finishing too .

Actually I’m willing to work around my budget. If 60m won’t be enough for 20 rooms and event hall I can do away with the hall and cut short on the numbers of rooms if need be but i need to be sure of what I’m doing first.

Why not put the event hall at the ground floor and take the hotel to the upper floor.

As regards ur budget of 60m to errect such may or may not be feasible depending on what you're looking at especially in finishing.

Land space ko 30m suppose sort better land space another 30m suppose erect 2 story building then you go need extra 20m for furnishing

You go also need borrow money way go use buy drinks for the hotel and pay hotel workers for the first month. Shishi no go dey your hand for that first month .you go begin see result after dt first month

To build a decent hotel with good furniture in this present economy, you'll need around 100M.

However if prices come down to 2015 prices, 60M will do the job.

This should be enough to buy the land in a good location in some Nigerian state capitals.



Remember location is key to this hotel and event business in Nigeria.


60million is okay for buying the land in some Lagos Mainland areas, in Owerri, Asaba DLA, PH, Enugu, Awka and Onitsha.
