I do not understand why,someone with a voters card can't vote in any other polling unit except where they are registered.Then what is the essence of technology?

Funny urchins. These units are where ppl are not registered. Like in my area. There newly created polling units that are too close to each other, it made people not to register there. This announcement is not new naa. Funny Tinubu souls

These folks underrate the middle belt a lot...for example, Benue, Adamawa, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Plateau, and Taraba.

The middle belt are the determiners of who wins.

And INEC is doing a good job limiting their votes! A damned country.
